I have been dealing with the Bancroft location for years. The management of this branch is horrible. Very rude to customers and staff. It has become obvious that the manager is anti-business. She sticks her nose in solely for the purpose of causing problems where there were none. I can't continue to deal with a place that would allow someone like this to keep working there. Several people (employees of the local branch, as well as their head office) have admitted that there have been many complaints about her. I have just begun the process of switching everything over to another institution and it can't happen soon enough!
